L` Acoustics for the Amon G. Carter stadium
The Amon G. Carter Stadium, located in Fort Worth, Texas, is the home of the TCU Horned Frogs football team. In 2019, the stadium underwent a massive expansion worth $118 million, which included a significant upgrade to its audio and video features. However, the redesign presented a unique challenge as the priority was given to visually stimulating elements, leaving little room for an acoustic system that could cover the vast 650 feet distance from the scoreboard to the end zone.
