1. Do you only sell in Europe & the UK?

We sell & ship worldwide. 

2. Do you proving shipping services and is there any insurance?

We do provide shipping services worldwide via globally known transportation such as Khuene + Nagel, DB Schenker and DHL. All items will be insured for the full amount of your purchase. Quotes for shipping are provided with every order. 

3. Can you deal with Customs documentation?

All customs documentation is provided by us. Additional documents to the commercial invoice,and declaration of conformity when is possible and packaging list have a small fee which will be included on your Pro Forma. 

4. Can I inspect the items before purchasing ? 

Yes we always love to meet our customers and are able to arrange viewings with appointment. If a Visa is needed for your trip we are also able to help with a Business Invitation for the viewing. 

5. Can you list an item I have for sale?

We are able to list items you have for sale on our newsletter/ website. In some cases we may already have a customer looking for what you have to sell. Please contact us via our Contact form/ email or telephone number and one of our sales team will be more then happy go through the short process with you. 

6. Can I pay in a currency other the Euro?

We always try to help our customers and one of these ways is to provide quotations and accept payment in any currency. Leaving our customers with the best exchange rate on the market and no bank charges.

7. Are there any leasing options?

Leasing is available on request and to discretion of the leasing companies we work together. All contact and aplication’s paperwork will be made via ourselves.
